Welcome back to another week of the Dropping The Gloves podcast with John and Tim! There was no guest on today’s show but stay tuned as they’ll be joined by Michael Ferraro later this week from the San Jose Sharks.

On today’s show, the main topic of conversation involved Vancouver Canucks star forward Elias Petterson. Petterson is still unsigned and recently made comments back home in Sweden, which led to his belief that he is not happy with the Canucks. John gave a strong opinion about this situation. The main point of his argument is that it’s clear the young Swedish forward doesn’t want to earn it and wants it handed to him. What do you make of the Petterson situation? Also, a billboard was recently posted in Buffalo about Jack Eichel. The billboard reads, “a trade request can sure be a pain in the neck”.The guys discussed this and then had a quick chat about where Eichel could eventually go.
