Dropping The Gloves Episode 274: Interview with Ryan Graves, New Jersey Devils
We’ve made it to the end of another work week, ladies and gentlemen, and you know what that means! The weekend is now here, and John and Tim have a new episode of Dropping The Gloves for you to enjoy.
Wednesday’s episode was a little different, with John and Tim opening up a bit more about their day to day lives, how the show got started, and many other cool stuff. Well, today, we are back with plenty of hockey talk! Ryan Graves from the New Jersey Devils joined them on today’s show. Graves was recently traded from the Colorado Avalanche to the Devils to help bolster their blue line.
On the show, Graves spoke about the deal and how it all occurred. He also discussed his old teammates Nathan MacKinnon, Cale Makar, and Nazem Kadri. MacKinnon has made a few headlines for himself in the last couple of weeks after comments made by Nikita Zadorov. Graves set the record straight and told us how good of a teammate he is; however, he did have a couple of stories to know about what he brings to the team. And, despite John trying to catch him sleeping, he also confirmed that Kadri is a fantastic team.
The new Devils defenceman dove into his new team a little bit and spoke about how excited he is to be in New Jersey.
You can catch all of that and more on episode 274 of the Dropping The Gloves podcast with John Scott. The show is now available on all of your podcast providers. Be sure to leave us a review, and don’t forget to subscribe.
