Dropping The Gloves Episode 240: Interview with Ryan Reaves, Vegas Golden Knights

John and Tim welcomed back Vegas Golden Knights enforcer Ryan Reaves to episode 240 of Dropping The Gloves.

The guys quickly talked about when Reaves can return to the ice. Golden Knights fans will be thrilled to hear that Reaves himself confirmed he’d be back for game one of the playoffs.

Another hot topic was the incident with Tom Wilson last week. Reaves couldn’t give his full opinion on the matter but definitely gives a good idea of what he thought about the situation. Of course, Reaves and Wilson have history dating back to the 2019 Stanley Cup finals.

Reaves went on to talk about fighting in the NHL and why it’s important to have enforces on the ice. He spoke about his absence from the Vegas lineup and how teams are taking advantage of that. When he gets back on the ice, though, he’ll for sure be taking care of a few of the guys who are guilty of that.

The Vegas forward closed out the interview talking about his teammates, particularly Mark Stone, Marc-Andre Fleury, and Shea Theodore. He had very high praise for all three of them.
