Dropping The Gloves Episode 239: Caps/Rangers Chaos + Oilers Preview ft. Jason Gregor

A little bit of Rangers and Capitals mixed in with a lot of Edmonton Oilers chatter was the recipe for episode 239 of Dropping The Gloves with John Scott.

John and Tim were joined by Edmonton sports personality and host of the DFO Rundown Jason Gregor.

They covered everything Oilers, including the team’s current structure, upcoming UFA’s, and the possibility of this team winning a Stanley Cup. John also spoke to Gregor about the other teams in the North Division and how the Oilers could match up against them in the postseason.

Before all the Edmonton talk began, they had to discuss the situation between the New York Rangers and Washington Capitals. The battle continued to escalate last night at Madison Square Garden, with six fights occurring – which can find right here on hockeyfights.com.

They discussed what should’ve initially happened to Tom Wilson, the firing of two Rangers staff members, and what calling somebody up from the minors to fight could’ve done to New York.
