Back to back days of Dropping the Gloves. It doesn’t get much better than that.

On this special Thursday edition of the show, John and Tim are joined by Boston Bruins tough guy Kevan Miller. Miller is now in his 8th year in the NHL and has over 300 games to his name, along with 279 penalty minutes.

The Bruins defencemen will be fresh in the minds of casual NHL fans after the hockey world saw him land a massive blow to Tage Thompson’s face. Miller has a great story about that fight which he shared with the listeners on today’s show.

He also spoke about the impact the Bruins new acquisitions Taylor Hall, Curtis Lazar, and Mike Reilly have brought to the team. Miller also spoke about the loss of a couple of key blueliners from the offseason and how they’ve managed to fill their void on the ice.
